Recently, we celebrate awal Muharram, the New Year for Islam Calendar, Yesterday is the Gregory Calendar New Year. Each year coming, the end of the date changed but most of the rest is about the same. For those celebrating New Year with pyrotechnic show and struggling opening eye just to see the clock ticking to to 2400 marker, just ensure there are something changes, hopefully becoming better - if it is not visible, then inside.

In the working life, everyone feels like they do everything and others do nothing. It is so hard to recognized other people efforts and admitting own weaknesses. Often someone hand of help resulted not in appreciation but as long life extra commitment and another person excuse for being lazy. have we ever wonder by comparing our work load with others actually trying to bluff to ourselves that we have done enough and deserve a break? is whining ever get any problems solved at the end of the day? what best is just chew what you eat and as most of the time we cannot choose the amount of work we have to "eat", then just keep quite and chew more. We cannot be talking if we busy chewing - it is just not the nature of life.
