Cangkul dan Parang (Part 2)

28 December 2008.

2nd day of "mari ke kebun" campaign. the objective remains as "save the durian tree". since yesterday we start a little bit late (11 o'clock). So, today we decided to go a bit earlier, 10 o'clock. hi hi. As we arrived at the 'Kebun', we start to take the Cangkul and Parang and start continues the job where we stop yesterday.

I then go to the tree I don't save completely yesterday due to Rotan tree with it's torns! a lot! So, today carefully I slash through my way to the tree. Unfortunately, Ami De had take down a Balik Angin tree which happen to be falling into the Durian Tree. So, I got additional thing to do, chopping the fallen tree into small pieces so that the pieces can be removed further from the Durian Tree. After done with the job, I then proceed with the mission to eliminate the Rotan tree. while doing it,

"craaacckkk"

another Balik Angin Tree had been chopped by Ami De and fall towards me, luckily I managed to escape. Fuh~ that was close for me but too close to the Durian Tree also. -_-"
Let just hope the tree still there next year. He he.

Proceed to next tree. La la la. There are tree near a chinese Rubber Plantation which is 100 times grass-less than my father's kebun. the Durian tree is near to the border and the branches even met with the rubber tree branch. From all the Durian Tree I saved, this tree is quite tricky because it is swarmed with Kerengga. This little red devil is killing! They even make nest on the Durian Tree. haih~

After saving a lot of trees, around 1 o'clock, we decided to headed home. But before that, my uncle want to visit the hut my father built inside the Kebun. Well built with water supply, electrical supply, toilet and bathroom. Then my uncle come with idea of adding furniture into it. Afterall, there are a lot of unuse furnitures inside the store of my late grandpa's "mansion". That leds to one more problem, how should we brings a cupboard and a bed from there? so, we give a visit to our relative whom newly wed which happen to be owned a grocery store and a small truck. but... the truck is not available. so, that bring up another name, Razif, a villager who had a small truck as well.

hurm. he might able to help but first let visit the furnitures first. After make a sudden appearance, the person who live there were shocked to see my father as he look very likely like my late grandpa. ha ha.

After taken out a steel bed and a fully-wooded cupboard that is both heavy and old. We ask Rzif to help and he agreed to that. Then, after all done, it is time to go home - after watch a while the ceremony of Mawi and Ekin in Astro Prima at my village.

Fuh~ tired like hell.

Cangkul dan Parang (part 1)

Hari pertama projek 'mari ke kebun' anjuran abah. Sempena cuti krismas, 3 drpd adik abah dtg membantu mengusahakan kebun arwah tok. Ini bkn kali sulung projek ni tp objektif setiap kali berlainan. Kali ini operasi 'save the durian tree'. Pokoknyer da tua tp blum berbuah. Punca: semak samun sampai atas pokok!

Happy Birthday Yana

26 December every year will most likely will be remembered as a sad day because of the Tsunami tragedy but for me, 26 Dec is a happy day as it is one of my friend birthday - she is also a Natto member. Let me jot down some memory of me with Yana. - Liyana Salwa...

I did remember knowing Yana from the internal mIrc of UTP. it was in 2005 when I am staying in Village 2 and recently introduced to personal computer and chatting. Then, I include myself as a member of Natto. Maybe the only friend I have during my stay throughout the years in UTP - well, there might be others as well but none as close as Nattoians (I close to them doesn't mean they closed to me though =P).

So, back to yana. Back then, yana was dating someone I know - i noted him here as Mr I. Mr I however had a girlfriend since secondary school and they further their study together in UTP - for a while. Then, the girl move on to oversea with another UTPians and they are planning on getting married recently. poor Mr I. Then this sad Mr I get a new light in his live which bring upon by yana. he he. But still, the dark side of his heart is too dark to be showered by Yana. Maybe Mr I does need some time to recovered but time bring not remedy but more sadness. Another lucky senior grabs the light from him and Alan had been on Yana side till today (as far as I know).

Well, me and Yana? nothing special. I love to see the smile on Yana face as her smile is always accompany by a guilty face. Still, not all the nice things on earth is to be owned. And I also not confidence enough that I can keep that smile forever. so, be it. I just can hope that smile stayed forever for her son and others.

And at the end of this post, I just want to wish a very special Happy 22nd Birthday to Liyana~ May your smile brings happiness to everyone at your side. Since I am far away and can't spend a lot of money on luxury, i cannot buy any present for her, just a wish from bottom of my heart. Happy Birthday again.

minggu magic saya - Shard of Alara : part1

dikala bosan dan menghabiskan saki-baki masa yg terluagn sebelum jejak kaki ku dia alam pekerjaan, biar la aku updatekan blog yg hidup segan mati tak mahu neh.

8-14 december 2008.

I am actually just try to attend the PTQ kyoto as for my interest in limited format of Magic the Gathering but yet this event is then is quite a problem since I dunno where it is held. Afterall, I just play Magic at Wearn's. but then, like a bless from Allah. One of my uncle move to Cheras as he climb up the ladder of job promotion. So, he had a new house waiting for him (and for me too.. he he). then, I contact sean, he said, draft will be also held at the same place on Wednesday, it is good to know some player before the great event. Owh. Doesn't sound bad at all.

Just one little problem remain. How can I be there? cheras? drive? bus? after a little consideration then I suggest to my family that I will go there with my little brother by bus. That left out as a good plan afterall after a better thing happen. One of my aunt who also work in kL ask me to sent her to Bentong so that Ami Khai (the one live in cheras) can take her from there then out of sudden, my father said "jom jom. kita sambung raya kat kL lak" and yes, it is Hari Raya Aidiladha and we are in our village - Kampung Sega.

So, I actually arrived in Cheras using car. he he he. :P
